Well it depends on your activity level. If you don't mind running around like David Beckham ( who adverages 8.5 miles a game) for 90 minutes, go with soccer. If you would like to be able to take a short break inbetween points, then tennis is your game.

Going into high school, I had to face the same problem. I had played soccer for eight years and tennis for only three years. But tennis came more natural to me, and I only need one other person to play tennis with, so I chose tennis. And as a freshman, I was on the varsity team, so it was a good decision. My advice for you is just to pick which one you enjoy more. Also, consider which one you are better at. With time, the choice should become clearer.

Tennis. Unlike soccer, tennis is more action. Soccer is just running around on a Gigantic field with not too many players on it. I think that soccer is pointless.

I prefer soccer as its a team game but you can just kick a ball around too against a wall on your own sort of thing. Tennis you need a court, equipment and so on.

Tennis. It's much more precise. I played soccer for a few years, but hated the wild shots people would make and the (sometimes extreme) body contact.

tennis is more individual and fun to play( in my opinion, but i am a tenis player), but soccer requires a lot of stamina and is group oriented, so if you suck, like me, then its kind of hard but its still fun to try.
