What's wrong with it? They are separated, not living together, etc. I personally was dating my fiance after I separated from my ex husband. I filed for divorce soon after leaving him and the divorce was final 2 months later. I am now living with my fiance and have never been happier in my life.
I guess it depends on each persons views and opinions.

separation is just that: separated from their husband. it does not mean that their free to have sex with other men. Their still married and sex with any others is adultery
