they are famous, but they are people too and they aint perfect just like anyone else.

They fell without reason ... Pauleta especially, trying to get a penalty with a very shameful way ... he fell! No one touched him!!
And Miguel .. he injured himself .. and Pauleta was screaming, pleading, crying like a baby to the referee .. just like Cristiano Ronaldo in the England match.

I am really enjoying watching the WC this simmer, however, EVERY team"s players does the play acting routine. It is very annoying and kinda silly, to those of us new to actively watching the antics for the 1st time.

agree but not only the portugal players, all the teams in the world cup has a de-niro among them. maybe they should have an oscar for best acting in a world cup match.

i wouldnt say that because everyone on every team does that same thing and act like they are getting injured and tehy really arent so again stop singleing out portugal because every player plays an act

I totally agree with you. It makes the game even slower and more boring. They have to stop to lick their wounds and wait to see if a foul will be called. I really wonder if instead of practicing soccer they waste their time on sharpening their diving techniques. My husband even agrees and he is even Portuguese!

I totally agree, which is why I can't stand the portuguese team. I get that every team dives and overacts but the portuguese team seem to do it more often. It's pathetic.
