If it was a projector that projects an image onto the wall, then no, it can't harm your eyes.
If it was a laser pointer, it still won't hurt your eyes if you just looked away.

No. The beam is not intense enough. Burning retinas is usually common with welders staring at the arc too long or welding without sufficient eye protection (i.e. not a dark enough shade of lens in welding helmet or no helmet at all). I guess maybe some industrial grade lasers might be strong enough but a movie projector not likely.

Projectors do not use laser. They use high intencity light bulb of some kinds. Because the light wasn't focused, I don't think you have done any permanent harm. See an optometrist if you are really concerned.
