What proof exists that we actually posses a nonmaterial energy body?

It has to do with the energy field that guides and sustains all life form.And, that supports the existence of a measurable energy dimension in all life forms.

I have an answer to this question. While studying the occult, I came face to face with several references to quantum physics. Interesting how a study of magic lead me straight into science, and the following information specifically.

We are all familiar with the molecular and atomic worlds... basically. We know of Neutrons, Protons and Electrons. Less prominent, however are the smaller pieces of reality, the sub-atomic particles, quarks.

Now, atoms group together to form molecules, and molecules group together in really huge bunches to form matter, which is really just a few random bits of energy floating around in empty space. As a matter of fact, you are mostly empty space, less than one percent of your body is actually composed of anything.

Yup, you're empty. Not even air.

Okay, now that we've covered the fact that matter isn't really solid, we'll complicate things a whole bunch more.

Molecules vibrate constantly nearby each other, locked in an electromagnetic pattern of molecular bonds. The atoms in each molecule vibrate constantly as well, but are restricted even further by atomic bonds. We'll start by looking at one atom.

In our Atom, Protons and Neutrons gang together to form a nucleus, and the electrons spin around, in a high orbit, around that center. The Protons Spin, the Neutrons spin, the Electrons whirl, all like clockwork, all held in place by electromagnetic (nuclear) forces. The problem occurs when we look at the quarks making the Protons, Neutrons, and Electrons.

Quarks misbehave, as far as particles go. I mean, the Proton stays right there next to the neutron, the Electron likes to keep a comfortable distance from the Proton, but quarks don't seem to care for such things.

You see, our quarks are all just zipping madly around, flinging from one particle to the next, popping into existence from nothing, popping back out of existence to nothing. They blatantly defy the laws of conservation of mass and energy, just deciding to exist...

And, they don't follow a pattern. The atoms and Molecules that make up your table are pretty stable. They generally stay where they are supposed to be, the listen to the laws of physics, they break apart only when they're told to.

The quarks are not. The quarks in your body, when you started reading my entry, are now in your refrigerator. The quarks in your body right now came from your dog, and your dog is now composed completely of quarks from your couch.

It's all one big cosmic soup. There is no difference between you and the computer you're typing on. We can prove this. The sub-particles ignore everything we know about existence, they do not follow a pattern, and there is no good reason for a molecule to even bother staying in one piece with all this chaotic shifting going on. There is no reason whatsoever that a molecule should even exist. Quantum Physics can pretty much prove that we don't exist.

And yet, here we are.

So, it appears that there is some sort of network, some sort of pattern, which keeps everything together. Some sort of framework, which doesn't exist on a measureable scale, that everything follows. These patterns have to exist, because we exist. We can't find them, we can't see them, we can't measure these patterns, but they are there. There has to be some reason why we aren't just falling apart.

I thought Einsteins theory of relativity solved this problem? Energy is able to take many forms heat, work, kinetic, potential, and mass.

Energy is relative.

Look out in space there is so much potential energy, kinetic energy, heat energy yet we don't see any life, as of yet, as we know it. it doesn't mean it's not out there.

The evidence that proved to be real for me is the ability to channel my Chi or Ki energy to effect a positive change in those who are injured, depressed or just not themselves. Those who have accepted my services (even skeptics) have all come away with a positive experience. I have been in the martial arts since I was 6. I have been taught the value of Chi/Ki and have expanded on it as I got older. Since I have studied Reiki and Chi Gong. Both of which has complimented each other tremendously. Maybe you might want to seek out a Reiki or Chi Gong practitioner in your area and give them a try. The only way you may get your answer is through direct contact and an open mind. Well if String Theory is correct, then yes we are all bundles of energy. Atoms consist of subatomic particles, which are made of "strings" of energy. And this energy is found everywhere in the universe, even the 80% of the universe we don't understand (creatively called Dark Matter and Dark Energy).

So to answer your question, there is no proof, it is being researched and worked on.

How's this. Everything in nature is cyclical. The dead carcass is reused in the acts of nature, photosynthesis is basically justthe recycling of sunlight. Rain is the recycling of evaporated water.

See where I'm going. If you don't that's OK. I believe in the reincarnation of a spirit (spirit being the electronical synapses that sparks the body) based on the fact that everything else in the ways of the world are cyclical.

If you want proof of ghosts or souls I can't give you anything for that.

By special photography. I have seen my aura in pictures so I know that it is there. There are healers who see auras all the time - one being Adam, Dreamhealer. He heals by connecting to your aura. And a lot of people attest to being healed.
