When ever i go to email him he never emails me back and i don't want to tell him something that is not true to make him email me just because i lied to him. But i have his phone number but i am not calling because i can't call boys just yet.HELP PLAESE

It sounds like you are young at heart still,so i take it that if you can't call them,you probably can't really email and chat as well,so i really don't have much advice towards this issue,because i would not want to come against your authorities,so you need to be honest with your parents,and as you do so,they will start feeling more confident in allowing you to do more.Good Luck sweetie,sorry!Beat wishes to you!

Maybe he's SHY. Depending on how old you are he might not be old enough to be into the GF BF thing just yet. Try just being his friend and see how things go from there.

Maybe he is not emailing you back because he is not interested in you. That would be my suggestion. Leave him alone.
