How do these middle-class kids afford these "riced-out" cars?

This guy a few places down from me has this Suburu WRX that rumbles from 4 blocks away... and I'm pretty sure he works at Wendys. :P

You don't know anything about his personal life. He may have savings and can manage his money well. Or it could have been a graduation present. Some people with supped up cars actually do the work on the car work themselves or with the help of friends and other car lovers.

if you buy slowly one part at a time and install them yourself you can create a pretty good business. You'll be surprised how much people will pay to get a 'riced out' car. They just pocket the difference and make another car.

That's kinda funny. All these "riced out" cars, are relatively cheap cars if you look at today's market. These teens are trying to impress their friends solely on looks of their vehicles, meanwhile putting mommie and daddie in the red so that poor little teen won't have a low self esteem if his/her car does not look just like every other teen car in America. See, teen like to rag out their rides to be unique...just like everyone else.........
