it depends on what kind of look you're going for...
if you want the natural look, try brown-ish eye shadow and blend it from your eyelids to a bit below your eyebrows... dark on the eyelids, lighter on the top.
i really recommend bath and body works clear or tinted mint gloss. its awesome...
and on the eyeliner topic, probably black... and waterproof mary kay mascara is amazing.
hope it helps.

Im tan too. I dont use starting place or powder. If ur already tan ur dermis doesn't favor to be lined up. For eyeshadow i take advantage of a straightforward shimmery white with black eyeliner from time to time (if I have time). Any element with a gold undertone would also seem tremendous see you later because it has shimmer to it. U could also use extremely of the shadow on the corners. continually black water resistant mascara a minimal of a few coats and use an eyelash roller so your eyes truly pop!! For my cheeks, i take advantage of only a straightforward bronzer for shine truly. For my lips, i swear by using sally hansons lip plumper interior the nude colour. Its now to not shiney like some glosses and it continues to be on for a lengthy time period. Use chap stick lower than any lip gloss and that is going to stay longer. Im a makeup specialist extremely. Its my admired element.

No foundation needed it sounds you have flawless skin, i would use a brownish/copper eyeliner on top lid and lesser amount on the bottom for larger eyes, brownish black mascara, and lipgloss of your favorite color. Laura Mercier has great lasting shades and also Lancome jucy tubes are great I recommend daiquiri.

For eyeshadow, a light pink or beige would be good for starters, but feel free to experiment with glittery blues, or pinks. As for lip gloss, I recommend a light pink, or clear and shiny. It's all up to you though!

try using this stuff called true blend. u can match your skin color sop it doesnt make your face look a different color from the rest of youtr body and blends nicely. I like glosses with just a hint of color instead of lipstick because its lighter and doesnt look bad if you cant keep touching it up

Black liner will be the best because it will bring out your eyes. In re to eyeshadow and gloss, go with gold.
