Why are "WOMEN" so damn forgiving when it comes to men "CHEATED"?

Why can men cheat and the women stay, but when women cheat men are out the door.

All women aren't like that, and it really depends on the type of woman you have. You have some women who'll be out the door just as soon as they find out that you've cheated, but then you have other women who'll stay and try to work things out with you. And then you have women whom are a bit of both. They'll stay with you the first time you do it, but the second time they find you out...they're out the door!!

Women are so forgiving when it comes to men cheating because they don't set their standards high enough, and men use women's hearts to get out of their being caught because they know we have a more sensitive side, so it's to their advantage, therefor, women ought to think like men, have no heart and no conscience, cheat once, and you're done!

Damn, I've often wondered this myself! (Think somebody else beat you to this ?? tho, buddy.. I want to see what they write here, I didn't get much out of that last set of answers.. lol) Woman are just nurturers (my theory is...) Men feel they're they've got to be forced into this 'macho' thing and if your woman (prize piece of meat, eh?) here runs around on ya, it means you are not good in bed, and a male ego 'can't stand that.' If a man man cheats on a female, usually she is the worst off economically of the two and it's hard when you've got kids to provide for 'em when the cheatin' man's 'out the door.' I am tempted to say woman have lower self esteem too (mine took a beatin' a time or two.. my first husband was a piece of **** cheatin' dog..) But, hell I don't wanna diss the females readin' this.. (good question.)

I don't forgive lying or cheating. Therefore, his happy behind will be out the door as soon as I find out. Which doesn't take too long because I can tell when something is up in a relationship.

most women feel the need to have a man to be complete.women allow men to run them over and over because they feel like they cant be without one,because of religious reasons and competitive reasons,(all my girlfriends have a man,shouldn't i?)so most women just settle and take crap,men cheaters are usually very cunning and know how to play women like a harp,what surprising is most women fall right into the trap.some are naive,some are blinded by the attention.its pretty sad.and when women cheat,men tend to have a selfish attitude(those that do cheat)that makes them think i can do it,but how dare she......

Not really sure that that's true. Not in my case. He cheated, I walked. At that point I didn't think we had anything to salvage.

I do think it takes a lot of courage to repair a marriage after an affair, and a lot of maturity. To me women are just that; more mature and more courageous than most men I know.

This is from my personal opinion but if the woman really does love the man or visa versa they will forgive them as long as they can stay together. Cheating doesnt show a sign of hatred or disgust to their companion it shows that they are bored or feeling neglected so they find some one who can fill their needs sexually or emotionally. But like I said it's just my opinion.

SEE THE THING IS THAT MEN IN GENERAL ONLY THINK WITH THEIR *****. THEY GO BY WHAT THEIR DICK SAYS AND THAT'S THAT. BUT WOMEN THINK MORE AND FOLLOW THEIR HEARTS. WE R MORE MATURE THEN MEN THINK THEY R. NOW I CAN ADMIT THAT I HAVE NEVER CHEATED ON MY HUSBAND AND HE HAS CHEATED ON ME TWICE WHEN WE WERE FIRST DATING. HE TOLD ME ABOUT EVERYTIME HE HAD CHEATED ON ME, SO EACH TIME WE TALKED ABOUT OUR SITUATION. BUT THE LAST TIME IT HAPPENED WE SERIOUSLY TALKED. I LEFT HIM AND HE CAME BACK HE HAD REALIZED THAT HE LOVED ME AND WE HAVE BEEN MARRIED 5 YEARS NOW. SEE MEN CAN'T LIVE WITH OUT A WOMAN BUT WHEN THEY REALLY LOVE SOMEONE THEY COME TO THEIR SENSES AND KNOW WHAT THEY HAVE TO DO TO KEEP THAT LOVE AND RESPECT ALIVE.
