If Rove and Libby told the media something that could get spies killed, that's plenty of reason to be mad at them.
The bank transaction thing is a non-issue. Obviously the U.S. will track that stuff (and email and phones). The only issue is how much it will obey the law, get warrants, and spy on people in the U.S., which is irrelavent to foreign terrorists (but possibly relevant to U.S. citizens).
I don't know the details of the satellite phone thing. It seems obvious that those can be tracked (by, um, satellite -- duh). But if Osama really didn't know that, and the info was legally confidential, and the press decided to print it anyway, then I agree that was a very bad call.

Isn't it funny that when someone believes in something that another person disagrees with it is an "AGENDA".
Well guess what, anything you believe in, pursue or promote is an agenda. Having an agenda isn't a bad dirty thing. It's called having a life and taking a stand and making a difference and regardless of which side of the aisle you stand on, more power to anyone having an AGENDA.

Because the media aren't Bush supporters and they give the libs (people aren't getting mad, just the libs. The rest of us know better.) fodder for their hatred. The CIA person wasn't named and wasn't a field operative when it was talked about and it was mentioned in the context of telling the Times NOT to print her name. Libs are fabulous at turning things around, mixing in a few lies or half truths and getting all uptight over it.

I agree, i am tired of feeling like i am surrounded by theweak, the corrupt and the inept. Why was their even a cat and mouse game played with Bin Laden, It only takes one bullet. That would have saved us Billions of dollars. It may have even saved 2,500 or more lives. Your right people should be outraged at least enough to call their congressman and voice their sentiments regarding precious issues that need remedying.

well... some have gotten mad... but it's a very fine line... you seem to be advocating the government doing illegal things without oversight to accomplish it's goals...
I don't trust myself without oversight... much less any politician, Republican or Democrat...
so, if the media doesn't print that the government is involved in illegal activities... how would anyone know what they government is doing?
In your world... Nixon would be a hero and politicians would be 10 times more corrupt than they currently are...

I think many ARE mad, but that won't be reported. The mainsteam media does not have a conspiracy, it's a full-scale agenda! At times I think they would sell the country just to prove their point. They also need to sell papers, so to speak, and "if it bleeds, it leads." Sensationalism does it for 'em.

I don't mind an agenda as long as it doesn't tramble on my freedom. I am mad, they made my life and my families life a little less safe. They had no right! Not letting the government do the job we elected them to do.
