Oh I remember that!! It was for my daughter and she wanted a Cabbage Patch doll. It was a real trauma trying to find one because it was the year that EVERY GIRL WANTED ONE!!!

I never bought my dolls, they were all presents to me as a kid. I recently bought a sock monkey kit and made it for my boyfriend. Does that count?

I stopped buying them... well i don't think i've ever bought one. but the last one bought for me.... i think i had a pair of ragdoll sisters. i was heartbroken when my parents threw one away.
