I was going to saying Anna Nicole Smith BUT a smart gold digger would have kids, ensuring in the event of a divorce even more $$$$.
So I'm going to include a new name to your list...Anna Nicole's predecessor Wendi Deng wife of billionaire Rupert Murdoch. She married him when she was just 30 and he was 70. She has two kids to him..obviously she has $$$ firmly in her eyes to go to bed with such an fugly old fossil. Eww yuk!
Some could argue Heather Mills but Paul is still kind of cute for his age, and I think in terms of ultimate gold digger, they have to be able to go to extraordinary lengths to get the cash ie sleep with gross Murdoch.
If you only want a name from your list I will go with Anna, as K Fed is too dopey to be the biggest gold digger out of the lot not to mention sleeping with trashy Spears can't be all that bad.

It's got to be K-fed because he's one of the few men who have really pulled it off. J-lo's ex husband got paid as well but K-fed has made a career out of being Mr. Britney Spears. I can't tell if he's a red neck moron or an evil genius out to conquer the world. Either way, he's going to be rich!!
