Hey, poor Rush just can't get it hard any more. No crime using vitamin V if it helps him. But Florida is another issue. That's Bush territory. Everyone else.... stay out! Lot's of vitamin V in use down there........... lol

Yes it is called a sample.My family doctor often sends us home with sample drugs that we have no prescription for.
Technically this would be an illegal possession of prescription drug,although contacting the physician would clear things up.

Exceptions to the law are made everyday...you and I just don't know about it because we never get the exception. The "peons" don't get special treatment, but the "big dogs" get preferential treatment! It's a joke, but it happens everyday and not just to the two you mentioned...there are many others. It's pathetic, but it goes on reguarly!!

If Rush had controlled substances on him, I would be less forgiving...but- having someone else's name on your Viagra prescription when you are a celebrity...I can understand that, I bet he's not the only one.

its not a crime, dumbass. as long as the named person knows what you are doing, you can put any name on a prescription for your own privacy
