Humans weren't put on Earth. If we were, the purpose would be to amuse and worship God. However, that seems a little bit of an empty purpose, doesn't it? Your only reason for existance is as a component of a divine SimUniverse game? Now, if God was lonely, he doesn't seem to much bother with humans anymore, for all that; were the angel's not enough company?

But here's the kicker: Why was God put up there? But if he's infinite, what's to stop some entirely natural, mindless process from being infinite as well?

we were created by God. and we were each born with a certain purpose that we all find out by following God and reading his word the Bible. if you really want to understand the fullest about why you were put here then go to church and pray to God and ask him through prayer and read the Bible. then after that you really will find out why you were put here. every one has that choice to find out what God has planned for them but not every one takes that choice. instead they lie and cheat and steal and sin. let me tell you something everyone in life is sent an invitation to be with God when they die. but if you don't open that invitation and tell him that you are going to be at his party then when the party starts and the doors close u wont be allowed in(when you die) because Jesus will say, "I never knew you." and there will be no way for you to ever be with him. so make up your mind cause right now money may be important but when you die it will be worth ashes. Make Up You re Mind!!! HEAVEN or hell simple as that.im sorry for u if u make the wrong choice. think about it

If we were actually placed here, it was probably done for the purpose of research or of entertainment. If it just happened randomly, then there is no purpose.

I don't believe that evolution stuff about humans evolving from monkeys... I think it's nonsense. God created us for His glory & enjoyment. Our purpose is to glorify God & enjoy Him forever. God didn't need to create us, but He did anyway. That alone is a gift. He gives us life... it is by His will that we get up each morning & get to enjoy the day. We repay Him by devoting every moment to Him. That's how it works.

We are here by pure chance. We are totally alien to this planet. After so many thousand years of recorded history we have learn next to nothing. We cannot even live in harmony with our environment. We are not earthlings. We are the destroyers of this planet. We are so very stupid ! We cannot learn from the past !

Because God wants us on here for a reason, i believe im here to live my life and read the bible, respect god and jesus. But i guess God was lonely before he created heaven and earth. We are all here for a reason if god didnt want us to live then we wouldnt be here today at all.

Entertainment. God(Knowing all) was bored so he split himself up into many men and women erased there memory of him and now watches what they do. In the end we go back to knowing it all and have the choice to return again. Over and over we find this life on earth entertaining so we come back and do it all over again.

If the planet Earth can be considered a quasi-organic entity, based on its seeming ability to self-regulate and create necessary environmental conditions, I would argue "suicide".

I believe that we, in agreement with God, chose to come here to further our own spiritual learning while participating in the expansion and evolution of the world.
