Do companies, general public, courts, lawyers, etc. have the ability to see how much is in your bank account? What about if you just open up a bank account? Is that information readily available?

The privacy laws changed a couple of years ago and if I'm not mistaken, the banks can now share your account information with 3d party affiliates where it used to be direct affiliates in the past. (3d party means a subcontractor of an insurance company that does business with your bank). The patriot act allows the government to get your account info. All they have to say is that they're suspicious of your activities and they do not have to notify you either about what they did.

Yes and I must say after looking at yours you need to get a better job, because you are broke. Maybe if you stopped spending so much time here you could work more. I know from our monitoring equipment that you spend almost 3 hours a day on this site. That is ridiculous.

OF COURSE...THE GOVERNMENT KNOWS EVERY LITTLE DETAIL ABOUT YOU...AND COURTS CAN SUMMON THE RECORDS AS WELL !!!
NOT THE GENERAL PUBLIC THO...UNLESS YOU KNOW SOMEONE WHO CAN GET YOU THE INFO...BUT ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE !!!
AS FOR COMPANIES...THEY CAN TOO...SOME JOBS REQUIRE A CREDIT CHECK BEFORE THEY WILL HIRE YOU !!!
