I think it was something like "How The Wind Does Blow" or something like that, but I can't remember. It's loosely based on Gone With the Wind, but told from an African American perspective.

"The Wind Done Gone" by Alice Randall was a parody of "Gone With the Wind" told from the perspective of Scarlett's black half-sister.
It caused quite a fuss when it was released in 2001 because it wasn't authorized. The people with the rights to Gone With the Wind claimed it was copyright infringement and not satire. Everything got settled eventually and the book became a bestseller.
