The only time you need a licensed real estate agent is when you're selling someone else's property. For example, I cannot sell your property without a license.

A person, who has the power to represent and/or act on the behalf of a corporation and/or business, is able to sell the property belonging to the said entity. So the answer is No.

Nobody needs to use a Realtor. Or any real estate agent or broker for that matter. If you already have a buyer, you have no need of a real estate agent or broker.

It would be wise to engage the services of an attorney for writing the contracts and to handle the closing process.
