I have a son which is turning 2 yrs old on sunday and me and his dad ( which were no longer together) plan on taking him to DisneyLand.So Yesterday i confirm with him that is the disney thing still going to happen? He said yeah but just with out me because since he now know where not going to be with eachother he goes ahead and tells me I'm no longer going and his FRIEND!! Monica is going instead!! HELLLOOO I'm juniors mom not her!!!
But he tells me I can have him the 8th which is not his b-day!! AHHH should i confront Monica and let her know what happen and so maybe she'll back out and let me go!! because **** i gave him the money to get the tickets and now he wants to back out on me!!! what A DICK!!!

Wow he sure is a jerk. I think you should tell Monica but if you still cant go. I would ask for one of the tickets or he needs to give you your money back. Or make your son decide who he wants to be with you or Moica. Or make Monica pay you for her ticket which you bought. I am sorry this has to suck for you. I hope everything works out

Don't talk to Monica. 1. She's not on your side and 2. It's not her decision...she has no decision here.
If you feel that strongly I'd tell him that the original agreement was the 3 of you and if he wants to take Monica along that's fine but you're still going as planned. If he can't accept this, the trip is off for everybody. Stick to your guns.

I'm sorry for the situation you are in.
You could not let junior go - but then you would be the bad guy or you could let him go and you feel miserable!
Get another ticket and go as well as he is your son! When Monica finds out that you are going she might not come!
If that is not an option I would organise time with junior to celebrate his birthday with just you and him.

Ask for your money back. He is just trying to get to you though your son. I can tell it is working. If you fit custody now, your son is not likely to remember it. Psychologist often say that children be for the age of 4 can't remember it. After you get the kid. Sue for the money back.
DON'T CONFRONT MONICA!!!! YOU CAN END UP LOSING YOUR SON!!!

just tell him no, tell him that you are the one that forked out the money, "wich by the way it costs an arm and a leg to go there now" for the tickets and that if anything it will be you and your son with one of your friends if he refuses to go! or if you already gave him is ticket, then tell him that you are going just the two of you ,you and your son and that he can either meet you there or not! dont let him get away with being a jerk!

he should not take your money if you are not going.do not confront monica,it is not her fault,tell the dad that you want to be with your son on his birthday and he can take a trip with monica some other time with his own money.good luck

Tell her! You paid and he wants to cut you OUT? TELL HER! Plus then she gets a preview into what kind of crap she's getting herself into with him.
Better yet, you and Monica take the kid to Disney and leave him at home.
