If Ortiz can continue like this for several more yes, he might be. At this point in his career, no he is not. The only future hall of famer on the sox right now is Manny.

David Ortiz in the Hall of Fame? Why not!
The most clutch play I ever saw was Ron Swoboda's diving catch in the fourth game of the 1969 World Series. Only two men in the stadium thought he was going to make the catch: Swoboda himself, and Frank Robinson, who prudently tagged at third (and scored). If Swoboda had missed, the Orioles might have gotten another run out of it, or possibly runners on second and third. As it was, Tom Seaver escaped the inning without further damage and the Mets scored in the bottom of the ninth to win, 2-1.
Bobby Thomson's home run did not end a World Series, but the famous three-game playoff between the New York Giants and the Brooklyn Dodgers in 1951. However, Bill Mazeroski of the Pirates did hit a walk-off home run to end the 1960 World Series against the Yankees.

Yes, certainly, with his stats he is, and he's made incredible clutch hits thru-out his carreer, the year the Red Sox beat the Yankees in the ALCS, and won the World Series. But the best clutch play I've ever seen was Doug Fluties touchdown pass to Gerald Fallon with 6 seconds left in the game against U of Miami, I think it was 1984, or 1985.

Hell no, unless he suddenly hits 60 homers every year. He'll be don in 4 years. The most clutch plays:
1.Bucky Dent vs. the Sox
2.Hakim Warrick's block at the buzzer a couple years ago
3. Grosso's goal yesterday vs. Germany

no, at least not in his lifetime. he might get voted in within several years of his death, but not playing in the field will make him lose votes to people who do play in the field. the most clutch play i have ever seen is just yesterday when the second baseman for the indians made that sweet behind the back throw to get Giambi out at second

Not yet.
Gibson is a good answer, but
how about Bobby Thompson? (only walk off home run to end the world series, I think)
