For the pyramid ---> 5.9 million tonnes

For the Chrysler Building --> 20,961 tons of structural steel; 391,881 rivets; 3,826,000 bricks == ~ 30,000 tons

It is approximate, and I didn't see how many tons of concrete the base of the building was, but would not be more than three times the total mass I guess, leaving total less than 100,000 tons. So, the pyramid is the clear winner.
