Lately I've been reviewing the day that has just gone. How it went, how I acted, and what I might do differently in the future. It's nice actually, I find it quite constructive. And sometimes if I have worries in the day I postpone thinking about them till this point when I go to sleep.

If I am off work, or working days it's probably my family I think of before going to sleep. If I am on nights I am alert and wide awake and I tend to think of what happened on my night shift and did I do everything I could have before dozing off in the morning.

Usually the meaning of life or some other random thing, which leads me onto even more random and mind-blowing things, until I'm either so relaxed I fall asleep, or so wound up I have to get up and do something OTHER than sleep! :-)

Right now, I'm trying to find a job so I keep stressing about that...and get some crazy nightmares.
But usually, I fall asleep praying so I'm thinking about God and happy thoughts :-) but still get the nightmares :-(

I'm so tired I really should go to bed now.
Sometimes I pray.
Sometimes I lie awake for hours thinking over some problem. Sometimes I close my eyes and nearly drop off, then remember that one day I'm going to die, scare myself crapless, and have to watch tv to take my mind off it!
