My father in law has an old J. Chein Disney Melody player.
Not much is known about it. It's in great shape, Tin,has disney characters painted on it. has a crank handle. Plays nice music and the scrolls are changeable. It looks like a very rare toy and we were wondering how much it could sell for. We were geussing it's from the 1930's. and I know J. Chein made alot of tin toys back then. can someone please help!?

go to ebay.com and click on the buy button. you don't need to be a member to look around. In the search box, type J. Chein Disney Melody Player and there will probably be someone selling one, maybe many. That will give you an idea of it's worth. You will have to join e-bay in order to sell or buy, but lookin is free.

p.s. I just looked on e-bay and couldn't find any Disney music players at all. This is good, means yours is probably worth a lot. Good Luck.

Try putting it on e-bay just to see what people would pay for it. Someone is bound to know what it is, and want it. You see, you could look in a book at a given price on a page, or you can see what real people are willing to pay. Guess which one usually is hire? It's all about how bad someone wants it.
