I am in the same boat! Love that food. Exercise sucks. Best thing is to eat smaller portions about 6 times a day to help boost your metabolism, and go for a daily walk. That's not as brutal as exercising, but it still helps. Also be conscious of what you eat - perhaps you are eating more than you realize, or the food is higher in calories than you realize (I was shocked after I read the nutritional labels on some items). Get Denise Austin's Shape your Female Fat Zones book. It has some really good info about why we women are fat in the places we are and what to do about it. It has a six week diet and exercise plan (not too difficult, just moderation and walking) as well as recipes. It takes 21 days to make a habit, so you will have to work at it at first, but it will become second nature after a while. After a long while, in my case! But it's worth it. I am slowly going down, and I am not really working too hard at it. I am planning to get more walking done this summer and fit back into my smaller pants before too long! Also, if you have a friend or co-worker who could go on walks with you, it would give you more motivation to do it. Having someone to be accountable to will make you more likely to do it.

I totally hear you. I think food is fantastic and exercise is torture. As for the food, there are many things you can eat which are wonderful, but not bad for you. Saturated and Trans fats are the main things you want to avoid, but there is still tons of low fat or no fat foods which are delicious. Admittedly, some low fat foods are terrible, you just have to try different things to find what you like. Exercise on the other hand can be absolutely miserable. Finding a friend to do it with you is a great idea, as it makes it much more enjoyable. Also, see if there are any sports which you enjoy, and see if you can join a team or a club. When you are playing, rather than doing sommething for the sake of exercise, it is much more enjoyable.

This is when you have to check your options. First of all, not all exercise is stupid. Not all of it is stairmasters or treadmills. You could choose a sport and begin pursuing it, go for light jogs daily, or even do something like dance. In fact, dance is a great and fun way to lose wegith. Also, if you plan to exercise, do it with a friend. Lastly, you don't have to stop eating! You can merely cut back on certain foods. Aim for foods with less fat in them, back off of fast foods, and eat three meals a day. Just don't snack between meals. Eat until you are full, but not until you are bursting your buttons, and make sure you're eating a balanced diet. You don't have to give up pizzas or your favorite sloppy joes or anything like that, just make sure you have a vegetable on the side, and eat them in moderation.

You need to find a friend who would help you stay on track. Sorry to say, but there are no shortcuts for loosing weight the right way. Proper eating and exercise are really the only way to make a good improvement in your life. Start slow, take a 20 minute walk every other day, then up it to 30 minutes. Continue to up your walking time each week. When you reach an hour, start to pick up your pace. Before you know it, you'll be running for an hour. And feeling great, and looking better.
Tell yourself, "I am doing this for me." "I want to be fit and healthy."
Good Luck!!

I have the same problem. I gained like 45 pounds with my second child, and after birth only lost 15 of it. I got 30 more to go. I lost 5 pounds from this. I use this patch that helps curve cravings, I use to eat 5 or 6 times a day, now I only eat 3 times a day, small healthy meals, lean protein only. No exercise.

Hi! Eat high volume, low calorie foods. Drink a full glass of water 10 minutes before eating anything. Drink low- or non-fat milk or eat low-fat dairy products three servings per day. Go for a 10 minute walk at some point in every day. Ten minutes will get you outside, give you a brief change in perspective and well, You can do Anything for only 10 minutes!
Good Luck!!

Make yourself a smoothie with no added sugar, eat salads and eat junk food once a month. Drink a lot of water and orange juice, and eat meat to build muscels. Eat low fat ice cream and diet sprites. I did all of that for 12 weeks and I loss 20 pound i weighed 130 pounds before that but if you're really fat like 200 pounds do this for 2 months. I look great and I have a six pack and muscels. I don't look like a man I still look like a beautiful girl

Walk to some co-worker's desk to chat rather then instant messaging.

In the mood for any hot meal? Make a enormous pot of veggie bean soups, divide into two-cup containers, and store from the freezer. Before bed, place a container in the fridge, then grab it before heading out the door every day.
