Between 20 and 40 gallons, I think. But, if it is a bigger tub than mine it could be more. But , probably a minimum of 20 An average of probably between 30 and 40 gallons.Wait!... Im forgetting the person's body mass has to be included .. Oh dear this should be left to professional calculators who must be who you are waiting to hear from. Good luck with this research. (alterations for body mass approximated)Gee, so many variables in sizes of people. So big people would get less water when they need more.

The plastic tubs in most homes today are around 36 gallons. The older porcelain clawed tubs would be closer to 50 gallons.

I've never measured...but I would guess about 30...no 50. I use 50.
