1) the landlord does not care 2) this is what it is like to live with boys/men. They always end up peeing on the floor or seat. If I were you I would find a new place to live. Meanwhile I would start leaving the toilet seat UP after you flush so that it will help prevent these lazy, disgusting boys from peeing on the seat if it is left up. I would also confront them about peeing on the seat and floor. OH and I do have another idea that has actually proven to help prevent men from peeing on the floor. Get a sticker with a target and shut the water off on the toilet and flush it. So that the toilet is empty of water. Then stick the sticker target to the center of the toilet bowl. Then turn the water back on. I have heard that there have been studies done where men will pee on the floor or seat less if they have a target (seriously) to aim at in the toilet! So I would try that also. Guys don't care about cleanliness, especially in bathrooms. Even if you have a husband and loves you and little boys of your own they will still pee everywhere in the bathroom. Recently a wife and mother of many boys asked on a talk show how she can stop them from peeing everywhere in the bathroom. The male host told her there is no way you can stop it cause boys and men don't care. Your roommates aren't really your friends or your BF so they don't care about cleanliness like you do, because they are guys. Try the target in the toilet, leaving the seat UP for the lazy guys, and leaving a note that says please wipe up your pee left on the floor and pick the seat up before peeing to prevent pee on the seat.

Most do and I believe it runs in the male side of the family for some reason.
But, have you ever went into the ladies room and found a wet seat? And you know it had to be a woman over the age of 21 because, no one under 21 is allowed in bars. Some women get so drunk that they can't find the toilet.
I don't drink, but some of my friends do. So, I believe that when both men and women pee on the toilet, they are both nasty.
I don't think crazy has anything to do with it, maybe being ignorant.

oh my god! I've never heard of that! Ha ha just kidding, mine does that everyday and It is absolutely nasty! We have hard wood floors in the bathroom so it glistens when he pisses on it, and I'm like eagle eye when it comes to spotting pee drops! I constantly tell him to stop it, and he too has no clue. My answer is that they are not all that bright upstairs and can't concentrate on 2 tasks at once...peeing and trying to hit the INSIDE of the toilet bowl. I just spray with 409 daily! Learn to live with it, he's a man.

Alot of times, theres actually a splash-back effect because of the velocity of the urine hitting the water. Usually its this that ends up on the toilet seat or the floor. No, its not hard to aim, its really really easy, but it doesn't all stay in there all the time. Unless he really just wants to make you mad.

I pee when I shower, on the bathtub. Of course I ran the water first. BUT when I am not showering, I pee on the toilet!

But NO, not on the bathroom floor, and if by accident splatter, I take bathroom tissue and clean it.

the floor? that is crazy and nasty but as for seat my husbant gets it on there sometimes and it drives me crazy

if you want it to stop make him clean it up and if he refuses throw a fit like you have never thrown before you arent his maid and for him to pee on the floor is rediculus if he cant help it then he should clean it up without arguement and make sure he cleans it up every time

they also make taargets for training little boys to hit the hole in the potty my sister has a fly in her toilet for her littl boy to aim at and she swears her hubby is a better aim when the fly is in there

My brother and nephews both pee on the seat, but my Dad never has. I think it has to do with how much they are paying attention and if they care or not. It also depends on how big of a fit the women throw.

He is gross. Why doesn't he clean things up? What is his excuse for that?
The "best answer" is just pathetic. Guys act like they can't possibly change anything. They blame everything
on "nature". If a guy pees, he can clean it. Guys are so full of excuses for every thing.
Being gross is not masculine, contrary to what guys think.

Sometimes the pee shoots in multiple directions at once. It really is inevitable to pee on the floor. I clean my mess up though, maybe just tell him to clean it up next time
