Foxes can be expensive, but there are some you can get for a decent price. But get a permit or lisense before purchasing one.

Here's a site that has ads for foxes

NO! No, no, no, no, no.

Don't even think about it. Don't do it to yourself, don't do it to the fox. Just don't do it.

There is no such thing as a tame fox. Nor are there tame wolfs, tame coyotes, tame tigers, lions, or wild animals of any sort. The chances of a fox, wolf, tiger (or any sort of wild animal) staying tame it's whole life are next to none.

Say you buy a baby fox, you raise it.. all's well, it's sweet, cute, cuddly... One day it realizes, it's an adult. It's time to decide who's dominant. Next thing you know you have this thing the size of a small dog biting, and scratching the heck out of you, what do you do then? Give it to a zoo? Good luck! Zoos don't want those animals, they're not wild, and they aren't tame, they have no place for the ones right in between. Give it to a rescue? Rescues are running out of space (and people just like you who want to buy a fox to look 'cool' only make it worse). What then? Let it go, so it can get hit by a car or killed by a real wild animal? Or give it to someone who does a canned hunt (let it go in front of someone with a gun so they can shoot it and act tough)...

No... trying to keep a wild animal like that is cruel. Please.. don't do it...

when you're speaking about the tame foxes from siberia (the completely domesticated ones from their study on domestication)....they are nevertheless seen flora and fauna in the U. S. and could require a let. There are not any real relatives foxes on the marketplace in the U. S.. no one breeds them. they are "tame (study: caged)" Animals for fur coat production. the siberian foxes are neutered beforehand purchase and are VERY severe priced...even without the fee of importing it to the rustic. you should get an really astounding motor vehicle for the cost of a fox. the persons operating the breeding software do not choose human beings breeding their foxes. they have placed a variety of of labor into very careful selective breeding. they don't choose someone determining to purchase them merely to reproduce.
