Rawlings does... they do not get sent to a company to have them rubbed up. That is done by one of the clubhouse peeps and then the umpires make sure they are good.

Rawlings makes them... Then they get sent to a company to get them rubbed up. Which is a small amount of mud/dirt on your hands and simpily rub the ball up!
