In September 1990, in the build up to the Gulf War, Bush senior gave a famous speech entitled 'Toward A New World Order'. The historical precedence behind this use of the phrase was that, in the wake of the Cold War, Soviet-American partnership in cooperation toward making the world safe for democracy could make possible the goals of the UN for the first time since its inception.
In March 2003 this went out of the window when, under the command of president Bush junior, US military forces invaded Iraq. The Bush administration did not attempt to get a U.N. Security Council resolution authorising military force, as it was obvious that France and Russia, and later joined by China, signalled that they would use their Security Council veto power against any proposal, let alone any resolution, that would include an ultimatum allowing the use of force against Iraq.
We might deduce from this that the 'New World Order' was a mere smokescreen of words to conceal American imperialist ambition.

Yeah, the new order issimplelikethe very VERY old older ofCaligula and CEsar, just to exploit, invade, kill and invent a pack of rules for the the day and say that the empire is so civilized... like to kill 150 000people in Irak to judge Sadam for killing 149 kurds... really, very, very interesting new order...

Sr.Bush was very hot on advice of MAMA MAGGIE for new world order.But cooled down when it appeared that it was only possible till Europe.With out the help of church it is very difficult.Never thee less they made lot of money with this simple yet very complicated slogan.You can never create new world order of their saying on borrowed money.
