Gods Sweet Revenge, He most likley would have avoide prison by staying out on bail while he appealed his sentance and conviction, This could have taken years and led to a death of old age before any prison time was served. If he was murdered, I hope it was at the hands of one of his many, many thousands of victims. If he made it to the island, (Which I doubt), I hope he runs into some of those Gilligan Island Head Hunting Canibals. Fuc--k Ken Lay, may he rot in hell

Just to prove he didn't fake his death.......
Do a "Mussolini" on him. Hang him by his heels in a public square in Houston, and let his former employees whom he stole from desecrate it. Then drag the corpse through the streets while the people throw things, stomp, kick, and shoot (it is Texas after all) it. Whatever remains, toss in the public landfill with the rest of the garbage.

I think he died of his heart attack but I haven't done a lot of research so maybe someone can prove me wrong.
