the pics load ok but when I hit attach I get that error box

HI, just try firefox.
there maybe something wrong with your IE.
firefox is more safe and run faster than IE.
download firefox for free.

I agree. Thunderbird is great. But I think your computer probably does not have an image translation program. I had this problem and I downloaded IrfanView from download.com and it fixed the problem.

it should be that the pixals are too large to be attatched to an digital mail. attempt resizing the report and attatching it lower back. To resize, excellent click on the report, open with paint, click photo, then sketch/skew, and modify the horizontal and vertical opportunities to about 60%....reliable success! (dont ignore to save)
