Remembering the Korean War and China's role in it, there's only one answer to your question. A resounding YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! North Korea, or really just the rulers of North Korea, believe they can bark and bark and bark and bark because the world's most populated country, and militarily aggressive one, is immediately north of their northern border, and they remember how China pulled their "fat out of the fire" in the early 1950's. North Korea is a corrupt, communist country who is in isolation from the rest of the world.
Japan do no like them. South Korea had a war with them so they want nothing to do with them. America can't stand them. In fact, a lot of countries do not like North Korea or their leader, Kim Jong Il.
