How could everyone who knows Clark Kent and Superman not be able to tell the deference between the 2?

People just ignore Clark 'cause he's got glasses and no curl in the front of his face. If Clark took off his glasses people would notice him as SM-Its all in the glasses

It's a mental thing. Superman can make people see things like the Shadow. The glasses are the trigger that the people focus on and not the man behind the glasses.
Here's a better guestion. How does he shave? I'm guessing diamond razor.

because of the personality, they may look alike but i have a friend who looks just like Brad Pitt, because of the personality no one makes the connection
