I have a question.... I know this lady who doesnt work and has five kids. She was born in Mexico, but the problem is she commits fraud. She sells her foodstamp money to buy illeagal stuff. She has her husband on child support, but she lives with him. What bothers me is that she always says that as long as she lives in this Country the government has to support her family. What can I do to stop her? She needs to learn her lesson!!!

Call your local welfare office. They have a department that deals with nothing but fraud and those that have committed it or that are committing it. Tell them what you know for a fact such as her name, address, and the things that she is doing that constitutes fraud. Once you have reported the situation, sit back and be quiet and watch as the local fraud unit goes to work in stopping her fraudulent acts.

Actually she's only echoing a message that our government has been giving these people for a long time. She probably thinks what she says is true. You need only cross the border by whatever means necessary and you're immediately entitled to the best medical care, child birth facilities, welfare and work. There are a significant number in our society that fight for the rights of people to be secure in their fraud. If you report her, rest assured that someone will come to her defense and claim that it's the only way she can live and it's the government's fault that she can't get higher wages, better benefits, more sympathy. No matter what the crime or what the fraud, there's always a big enough jury of 'our' peers to give her a break. Now...what time is it? You have to get some sleep because you need to go to work in the morning.

Call your county office. They'll have a welfare fraud department who should be more than happy to look into the issue. My aunt used to work for her county, investigating fraud. It's big money, so they're eager to stop whatever flow they can.

I would leave it alone. If she or her family find out you told who knows what might happen to you or your family. I know many ppl who do this and I wouldn't want to cross any of them.
