Women have breast & we cover them because it is considered an intimate part of our body.
Men on the other hand have nipples not breast. Unless they are taking female hormones pills. The chest area (muscles or not)on a man is called pecks.

Because men are perverts that like to show off their goods in public or maybe because once a woman has a child and she has large breasts, Seeing those things swaying in the wind isn't the prettiest site.

Because of our puritanical society. In many countries the don't cover their breasts and no one gives it a thought.

I believe it is because women's breast are attractive and cause other individuals to become aroused. I do not know if this is natural, or if it is something that we have been tought.. but think about this, what would you do if you had to work next to a topless woman all day?

That's another one I don't understand either!!!
I'm very proud of mine and I can only show them off "in the privacy of my own home"!!! Or some crap like that!!
However, I would have to add that it is most likely best for the whole society!!! You know that three hundred pounder down the way...I might not want to actually trip and get caught up in those to name just one example!!! Think about it!!
