don't quit out of frustration. listen to what your supervisors are telling you, they are only trying to help you. ask them for ways you can improve. if you like your job you should be willing to take the constructive criticism and move forward. you are never going to find a boss that doesn't find some fault with the way you do things. learn from your mistakes.

Go for the internet business, which requires less of your time and the one that will not make you feel headache with web designing, or which require IT knowledge. Second, choose the internet based company which offer you the opportunity and at the same time giving you the convenience to start the business. Third, choose the business, which does not require big money to start it.

Rather than get frustrated or quit when faced with criticism, next time listen to what they're saying and soul search and see if it applies. If it does, learn from it and accept it or change, or go into a field where that type of trait is a positive thing rather than a negative one.
The fact that you get frustrated when approached with criticism is a character flaw in itself. If you notice a negative pattern in how you react to criticism, doesn't that suggest that this is an area that you need to work on to be an effective employee and manager?

They may be intimidated by your good work and trying to frustrate you. If they see you as a threat to there job they may just be looking for errors. DON’T quit. Document everything that they say or want you to do in a small calendar booklet. This will come in handy if you ever need to file a harassment suit agents them. If you are the only one that they are giving trouble to you may have a harassment suit in the making. The key is documentation.

I am puzzled myself. If it's your spelling and grammar, just look at the message. Poor grammar and spelling.Your communication skills are nil.
You may want to ask your managers how you can do better at your jobs. Ask for help, assistance and guidance BEFORE you get canned.
If you quit out of frustration, you end up in the same way- you don't know what you're doing wrong. You will continue do to the same things without knowing what is wrong.
ASK!

Take what the superiors are telling you and evaluate what they are telling you. Are they saying the same thing over and over again? Are they coming up with the same criticisms each time? No one is perfect, but you have to learn to accept criticism from superiors and try to learn from it if it is given to you and there is some basis for what they are saying. Have you ever asked other co-workers if they could offer you suggestions to improve?

It could be a number of things that you haven't looked at. Take a look back and revisit the companies that you've had problems with.
What kind of people do you work with?
What is the managing style of the company or superiors you work for?
What industry are you in?
