How does it hurt equality stupid! its laws that are against hate crime!This law does not give you a job or money! its just protection from morons like you that make the rest of us look bad! Your limited understanding is why people ask for laws like these, dumb ***.

I think they hurt, simply by their definition they are discriminatory. Why should one murder be considered in the eyes of the law worse because it was deemed a 'hate crime'. I mean don't you have to generally hate someone to murder them?

Justice should be blind, the more we create special laws for minorities, the more those minorities are despised.
