I'm not sure where the question there is, however if you are trying to get over the loss of a close pet, You won't ever completely get over it. You can however move on from it and give your love to a new one. They can replace the sorrow from the loss with new joy and laughter. But you will always heep a place in your heart for the lost pet.

You wouldn't be human if you just let go of them completely.

Boy I can really relate to how you feel My dog died last year and I have him buried in the backyard under a lovely apple tree. I have been planting flowers around his grave and every time I go to the grave I get a lump in my throat. Just two weeks ago we lost a puppy who was 17 days old and it broke my heart for a week and now he is buried next to B.J. I think why I feel so sad is Pets are loving , loyal and innocent. I just know they all go to heaven. Bless you for loving animals. You have brightened my day. Thanks!

Heres what you do...go to a pet shop, but a rabbit dats the opposite color of Uno, if he was brown get beige, white, get black, and call him Dos...and then you and Dos can live happily eva after!!!!

i'm sorry to hear that. but here's a story that might cheer you up. my dad's friend's rabbit set a fire because there was a wire right outside his cage and he had to "go" so he "went" on the wire and it started a flame. luckily they noticed in time to put it out and save the rabbit.

hope that made you atleast smile because i thought it was hilarious when i first heard it = ]

I'm really sorry for your loss of your Uno - we know how difficult is loss and grief. Remember all the good times you had with him - even though his life was small, it was full of love and happiness thanks to you. Have a read of these sites and links too -

I appreciate your attachments to your pets. But life is bigger than that! Get another pet, maybe a gold fish so that when it dies you can quickly flush it down the toilet and get another one.
