Limewire doesn't save downloaded music to a file, it saves to a folder you choose when you set up limewire. If you left everythng at the default settings, then I would have no idea where it is on your machine (too many factors: OS, Drives, LimeWire version, etc), however to find the folder yourself, open limewire, click the library tab, click the saved files link (if there, not all versions have this), at the bottom, click explore folder, limewire will then open the folder where it has saved all the completed downloads and you can either note the location for buring your cd or copy or move the files to another location easier to remember like your My Documents\Music folder. Good luck, happy burning!

Simple to find.. do a search on your computer for mp3 files and see the files that are there... the ones you downloaded from limewire, then right click check the properties and then find out where they are being saved to...
Open the burner program or place the disk in and choose the program applicable for this. Then go find the mp3 file where you know where it is now... that you have done the search!

certain, it fairly works. i believe there are regulations in the U. S. that make its use a minimum of marginal if not unlawful, yet i'm not particular. it really is legal the following in Canada. the real seize although is that by using utilising Limewire you bypass your firewall, which makes it a lot a lot less demanding to hack into your connection, and multiple the documents you'll discover are contaminated with viruses, worms, or trojans. i exploit Peer mum or dad even as i'm on Limewire to assist reduce that down somewhat, although that is a significant source hog, so that you won't be able to do a lot else together as you're downloading issues.

it depends where limewire has decided to save it. Open limewire goto tools>options. A box should appear and choose the option 'saving' (on the left) and check which folder it is saving the information to.
You can change the default folder by using the option browse

Go to my computer, drive c:\ (mine goes under doc. & settings, then the shared folder) You might have to look around on the c:\ drive. Also before you click download on limewire you can send all your stuff to where you want. It think you right click the song before downloading. I would have to get on it to see.

Its interesting because I'm always able to download from limewire but I can never open it. Whats up with that! Plus I always end up with my McAfee popping up that I have a virus...that site stinks.
