i posted her pic and she knows already because i always keep saying to her your back is good and fine & she would love to see people's comments on the net better than asking someone in the face, i told her she only need to lose a bit of weight that's all..

Well i really dont know much a lot of backs, but it seems a tiny bit wide. But it isnt huge. Her shoulders are fine.
But if when she's dressed she looks like in a coat of the eighty's, (with those horrible shoulders pads), then shes got a issue. but, she can make it leanier by working out. But forbidden to swim as a sport, it just makes it wider.
I know you mean well, but what would your friend think if she knows you asked a million strangers about her "humungus" (in her head) back?
My advice is to get the answers you want, and delete this question. That way it will be untraceable.

Tell her she is fine and asking other peoples' opinion is inappropriate and please take her picture off the Internet.She's a beautiful girl and deserves great things. Her self image can only improve with self work. The picture can invite unwanted attention from others with bad intentions. Take care of each other.

It is a BACK!
Most of us guys go for what is in front and the back is the last thing we think about.
For the right person this back will be the most beautiful one in the world, because its honey is attached to it. For the rest of us it'll be just another person.

Exercise and diet would make your friend feel better about herself! She is pretty.This would tweak things just a bit.

She looks fine from the back. Does she want to be more waify? She is not overweight at all.

I think that she has to accept herself the way she is. sometimes we as people judge ourselves too hard, her back is not too big I think that it is normal
