First of all does the crack get wider as it goes up from the floor...? Also if so where is the other crack....if he crack gets wider at the top that means there has been settling...Just a guess.... but is this crack located on the wall that is wall out side....and more on one side or the other verses the center...Anyways if this is the scenario I would first see if there has been any water running down the wall and undermining the foundation....if this is the case you could just patch the wall and Home Depot has a patch for concrete wall dosen/t matter if block or poured....Or you can have it done the right way...This would require digging and jacking up the foundation and pumping concrete under.....Costly....If you want to do a patch also check the bottom plate for the upper floor to make sure there is continous contact...if not use wedges....Not doing this can result in the upper level having problems too...

Get a bag of Quickrete cement powder at Home Depot. You may be able to buy a small bucket of it already mixed for you. Just keep forcing it into the crack with a trowel or putty knife until you can't get any more in. Smooth it out and paint it, if needed.
