If it ain't right, it just ain't right. You leave no matter how hard it is. You have one life...... why waste it doing something...or someone that you don't even like?

Carpe diem!

I don't know if it's possible to say the word "loved," I don't think that we have the ability to turn that sort of thing on or off. Sad though that it's going away, and you're in a spot. I see that you have already tried everything you can think of, geeze I hope there are no kids involved, but here's what you do.

Get an attorney that knows what they are doing. (If married or living together)

Pack up only your stuff.

Call up your good friends, and just go.

Seems like it's all beyond any work you might be able to put into this relationship, and the hard stuff, like healing, will be better the less baggage you carry with you.

I hope this helps, please take care. Peace. :)

I left someone after 28 years. It is hard. You are leaving not only him/her but everything you have made together, friends, family, comfort of things you had in those 7 years.
It takes a giant leap. You have to decide how unhappy you are and if you are extremely unhappy there is no guess work in it.

It's not easy leaving someone you have being with for years. I had a boyfriend i was wit for 4 years at the start it was great but if your not happy there's no point in being with them. Sit him down and have a chat if he loves you and See's your not happy he would let you go and be happy with someone else even doh it's not easy for him....

why would you leave the person?
unless your going away to another country.....
then stay in touch with the person like talking on the phone or emailing or on holidays you can fly back or get the person to fly where you are and you guys could meet up..
always carry a picture of the person so you won't miss them as much

it's not easy, but if it's the best thing to do. then u just have to leave and not look back. if u have kids, it's even harder to do that, but ur the only one that really knows the answer to this one. the hardest thing to do is give yourself time, because that's the only thing that makes it better. time does heal! it's just not easy to do!!!

This is hard because no matter what you are going to feel this break up for some time to come...My best suggestion is to just cut the person off totally...I know this sounds harsh...But it will work for you!!!!

Just cause you left them doesn't mean you don't love them anymore only mean you love them in a different way u problably love them but not in love with them anymore and it time to find your one true love.

it depends if you're with them..

with: figure why u are leaving...and try to not leave? i mean.. who wants to leave the ones they love?

not with: try to move on, since its been 7 years, and ur not with him/her then maybe it wasnt meant to be..
