type their name in quotes in the google search box. You may have to try a couple of variations to get the best results like
"john smith"
"johnathan smith"
"john a. smith"
"john anthony smith"
you can also try adding in things like places they lived schools they attended or places they worked for better results
"john smith" beverly hills
"john a. smith" harvard
"john smith" general motors

Take their name, user name, et cetera, put in in quotations in the Google search bar and hit enter.

if you want to be detailed put in the location of where they are
especially if they have a common name like john
just type in their name and see if anything pops up
