type their name in quotes in the google search box. You may have to try a couple of variations to get the best results like

"johnathan smith"
"john a. smith"
"john anthony smith"
you can also try adding in things like places they lived schools they attended or places they worked for better results
"john smith" beverly hills
"john a. smith" harvard
"john smith" general motors
