Train. You can only start from the bottom and work your way up. Just don't push yourself too hard because then you will hurt yourself and die

sometimes you just have to be a born sprinter. on track, a lot of people join thinking they'll just be sprinters. but the best sprinters are just born that way. But there are ways to be a better sprinter. Of course you have to practice. Don't just sprint a thousand times though for a short distance. Run close to your max for a longer distance in your work out. You will need to practice a few runs at your max obviously. Get some weight training in. It will help you build muscle that will improve posture. Do squats and lunges to help your start (so you can really explode out of the starting line). ***Plyometrics can really help too. Get someone to teach you at a local gym or buy a book on it.

start running faster and faster and faster and faster and faster and faster and faster....etc....practice and practice...but some people can't just run fast...I'm thankful, I'm the fastest person in my school...(out of the girls, in short distances) Or out of at least 400 people...(there's like thousands in my school though) I had the natural gift, but just because it doesn't come naturally doesn't mean you can't practice and get better. GOOD LUCk... Prove to everyone that just because you're not good at running right away doesn't mean you don't have the potential to get good at running..

GOOD LUCK>..

Lose weight, train harder with short burst, get better shoes, and more importantly find someone who is faster than you. Its inspiration!

Stand up before you run. Running while laying down is always slower.
