Yes, it is only a matter of time. There is no reason why a woman cannot be the President. Margaret Thatcher for example was an outstanding leader.

The trick is not to vote for a woman to be President because she is a woman, but because she is qualified.

Sure. If America survives long enough, hopefully, we'll get there.
For me, the sad thing is, first of all, there are many countries out there who are already enlightened enough to elect women leaders. Some of these countries are first world countries, like America. So we have no excuse to be so ignorant & behind the times. Some of these countries that have elected women are third-world, impoverished places. That they should be more evolved than America is our shame.
The second thing that sucks is: I can assure you that the first woman President in America (or the first Black president, or the first president who is NOT a White Male) will be some right-wing, conservative nut-ball! That's the only way she would be able to get hillbillies in the Red States to vote for her, and you can't win an election without at least SOME of the hillbillie vote!

President of what? women human beings have already led different worldwide places, as Pharaohs and queens and later as presidents. in case you are trying to look for a link between Hillary's working and the tip of days you're very virtually one hundred and fifty years overdue, Victoria Woodhull easily ran long till now women human beings might desire to even vote. As did Elizabeth Dole extra recently. She gained no help from her party even with the incontrovertible fact that and had to drop out. i might want to pass with the thought the timetables interior the Bible are on Gods time line, no longer ours.

I would support a woman president, but only if she is good. Most people are so crazy about having a woman president that they are going to vote for her just because she is a woman. Who is sexist now?
I totally agree w/ tm tech32.
