I have a severe case of allergies coming on and don't want to take any OTC medecines. Any homeopathic ideas?

Allergies are usually caused by a stimulated immune response. You are eating, drinking, breathing something toxic and your body is telling you to flush it. The anser is not to remove the immune response but to give your body what it needs to get rid of the toxin. What works for me is water, salt and vinegar. It sounds too simple but I believe that raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar and distilled water plus unrefined sea salt can do more than just about any drug out there. It does take doing the work though.

I would start by fasting from glutens and dairy until my body can tolerate them again. I would also fast from meat until I was having regular bowel movements if I was constipated.

There are many non-drug herbs and spices to consider that could help but I would start with clean water and unrefined sea salt. Drink 6-8 glasses every day and provide and unfriendly body for fungi. Salty water is no fun for fungi and could knock out chronic sinusitus with no need for further treatments.

The next thing I would try would be raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar. I would mix a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar with a dash of cinnamon and cayenne to grape juice or some other strong juice three times a day.
