Why do liberals think Michael Moore is awesome?

It's very simple. Liberals are too stupid to believe in God, in something other than some "new age" fantasia of theirs or ACLU legalistic format, so they have to believe in something or somebody. I guess Michael Moore is as good as the golden calf that that Moses saw his Hebrew tribes worshipping as he came down from the mountain after having received the Ten Commandments from God. It may sound desperate to us Christian conservatives, but, for them, it's something, however pathetic. God Bless you.

He isnt that awesome. He puts an extremely uncharismatic face on the facts.

But liberals probably think Michael Moore is awesome for the same reason conservatives get all wet over that Anne Coulter woman.

because Michael Moore is braindead like Liberals are. They all stick to their own kind afterall. I think Michael Moore is a freak of nature and never got any during his life, i mean the appearance tells it all. But then again he probably could get freaks like Cindy Sheehan i guess.

I don't think he's awesome, per se. It's awesome to see that someone is willing to tell the other side of the story. You just have to remember that the political - right will give you one side of the story, Moore and the rest of the left will give you another side. In all cases, the truth lies somewhere in the middle.

I find him to be a likable shlub. I don't agree with his tactics all the time, but I do agree with a decent portion of his message.

Awesome? Nah. Tolerably amusing, sometimes.

Not nearly as hateful as that right-wing nutjob Ann Coulter.

He either needs to produce a source, or he's lying. Because I've checked out every industry source, and I've done an extensive search on his claim, and there isn't one source that says that. The only thing I've seen are conservatives whining and saying it's fiction. Wishing it doesn't make it so, dingus.

Because, he finds or invents some cause, twists and turns reality surrounding this issue and presents them as facts, and uses scare and embarrassment tactics to further his own agenda. Liberals love it, because Moore offers them a scapegoat for all there problems. It wasn't the kids at Columbine's fault, it wasn't there parents... it was K-MART!!!! They sold ammunition!!! Give me a break.

Because as a general rule, liberals are ready and willing to follow anybody that appears to be telling the 'truth' even when it is NOT the truth. Plus, he immediatly came off as anti republican, anti Bush, so that appealed to liberals

I'm liberal and I don't think he's awesome. I think it takes courage to tell truth to power, which he does. I think he often "fudges" the truth, but makes up for it by being hysterical.

I thought TV Nation was a better show than his documentaries.

Well, I'm not a liberally, BUT I know him personally, and I've watched his work. I know it correlates to my own research. I know he's done his homework.

He's awesome because he's willing to say what so many people are afraid to say.
