Proprietary or proprietor. The first denotes belonging to and the second denotes ownership.
Property is something one can own but the word does not denote ownership. You would have to say "personal property" to denote it is owned by somebody and "my personal property" to denote it was something you alone owned.

Got a 50 cent word for you: "Pharyngeal : relating to or located or produced in the region of the pharynx." "Pharynx : the muscular tubular passage of the vertebrate digestive and respiratory tracts extending from the back of the nasal cavity and mouth to the esophagus [and a bit more about invertebrates, which 'does not compute']." So anything 'pharyngeal' also means the mouth. Weird, huh.
