cuz im sick of my boobs going up and down i want something that supports them i use training bras but they dont support them either

training bras don't have support. Get a sports bra that fits snug and jump up and down in it while trying on. you dint want to tight to cause will feel like its cutting you in two.

In high school me and a few of my friends did the thing where you wear your regular bra under your sports bra & it seemed to work pretty good (double the support)
I have a bra I got from Victorias Secret that criss crosses in the back ( I think it's like a T-shirt bra or something) that does good nowadays & the straps don't slide down your shoulders they stay in place

I don't think that there is a bra that supports them enough so that they don't go up and down when you run (it's a conspiracy so men can watch our boobs bounce I'm sure). All I know is that my back and boobs always hurt after running from all the bouncing.
For everyone who has suggested a sports bra, they don't work when your boobs are bigger than a C...Trust me, I know.

i have a trick. Wear your normal bra under a sports bra. I know it sounds odd but it works since a bra gives you better support and a sports bra holds your breasts to you chest, its a great combo since one or the other dont work to well.

Okay.Alot of times that has happened to me and it still happens.Everybody says sports bras but you can just pick any bra and get it in a smaller size.Don't get a wired one because when you get it in a smaller siza,the wired ones will hurt the most.Sports bras have a comfortable feeling and they seem very snug.just get a sports bra in a smaller size and wish for the best luck and goodluck with the whole bra thing.i hope my answer helps you a whole lot.Thanks.Bye!

Buy an athletic sports bra. They are very snug fitting and prevent bouncing. They are for sale everywhere...Walmart, Kmart, Dillards, Kohl's. Just about everybody carries them.

I use tight sports bras when I work out. They work ok, well better than normal ones!

lol yeah well they r called sport bras!
u get them in places where they sell sporty outfits. oh and they dont look like a bra.... they look like a small top.
