Either one of 2 things.
(1) Urinary Tract Infection
(2) STD
Either way go to a Doctor, You will need some tests run.
Hopefully it'sthe first one, UTI's are always cureable, where some STD's have no cure.

If it burns you probably have a bladder or urinary tract infection.
Go to the dr. NOW! They'll give you pyridium for the pain (it turns your urine orange) and antibiotics to kill the infection. Drink lots of water and cranberry juice.

Uric acid (urine) is acidic. If it touches raw skin, you get that burning sensation. You can reduce acidy by drinking lot of water.

You should be asking a doctor, not us. Probably tests need to be done to verify the exact cause.
