At this point in time no. If the "God Father", Al Davis lets his coach do his job then maybe. The team needs more discipline because of the past Raider teams and their issues. The NFL is watching and waiting to throw the flags at them.

I think you've been watching highlights of their Super Bowl win against the Redskins in 1984....get real!!! This team is going NOWHERE!!! Aaron Brooks is so inconsistent, Randy Moss and Jerry Porter are not bad receivers, and LaMont Jordan is the ONLY good running back that they have, if he gets hurt, they are screwed. The bigger problem for this team is NO DEFENSE!!! And remember....let's all repeat it... "Defense wins championships".....and this team clearly has none. So say hello to last place in the AFC West.

haha that's a joke..
they are one of the most undisciplined teams in the nfl.. you will see a whole bunch of penalties in every game they play
as long as al davis is in there making decisions.. the raiders are going to continue to go NOWHERE
